English Book Club Roma was created so that international book lovers can connect here in Rome. We meet once a month to discuss our readings and select a book for the next month. Our goal is to not only discuss books, but to create friendships and have meaningful conversations. So far, we have enjoyed reading together: Know My Name by Chanel Miller, The Unbearable Lightness of Being by Milan Kundera and The Dinner by Herman and The Beautyful Ones Are Not Yet Born (African Writers Series) Koch and  State of Wonder Novel by Ann Patchett.

We welcome new members each week. You are invited to show up and listen/participate to the first part of the meeting, while we discuss this month’s book. Then a preselected club member will present 3 options for next month’s book and we will take a vote on which to read. You will then have a month to purchase and read the selected book.
