Living abroad can be exciting, inspiring, and full of opportunity — but it can also feel overwhelming at times. Between navigating a new culture, language, and lifestyle, many expats in Rome find themselves needing extra support to manage stress and stay grounded.
For these reasons, I am pleased to introduce my sound-based practices to help you find a gentle yet effective way to restore balance and reconnect with yourself.
Two main approaches are available: sound healing and sound therapy.
These practices use the vibration and resonance of instruments and the human Voice, but each offers a slightly different experience.
Sound Healing refers to practices known as sound baths (or also gong and voice baths) that are deeply immersive journeys of relaxation. Instruments such as the Voice and its harmonics, crystal bowls, gongs, and drums surround you with calming vibrations that help release tension, quieten the mind, and bring harmony to body and spirit.
Sound Therapy, as taught by the British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST), takes this experience further by combining sound with reflective techniques. Using instruments and vocal methods alongside structured processes, this approach not only promotes deep relaxation but also supports emotional release, self-awareness, and personal growth. It is designed to help you feel more resilient, balanced, and at home within yourself — wherever you are in the world.
Whether you are looking for calm, clarity, or simply a nurturing space to recharge, these practices offer profound benefits.
My services include:
- Full Sound Bath Experiences for both individuals and groups
- Sound massage with Shaman Drum
- 121 and group Sound Therapy sessions with the BAST method
- 121 and group sound bath and voice activation sessions to explore and unlock the power of your Voice
These sessions can be tailored also for both private and corporate events, creating memorable shared experiences. At weddings or family gatherings, they bring a sense of harmony, love, and calm to the celebration. In team-building or workplace settings – whether as part of a wellness program, a team-building retreat, or a mindful break during a busy conference – they reduce stress, inspire creativity, and strengthen connection.
Disclaimer
Sound healing and sound therapy are complementary wellness practices.
They are not intended to replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment. These practices may be used as supportive approaches, ideally in agreement with the healthcare specialist or therapist attending to you.
If you are experiencing a medical condition, psychological distress, or any significant health concern, please always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider first.
