Rome Future Week 2025, organized by SCAI Communication, invites applications from individuals under 25 to participate as Speakers, Ambassadors, or Shadows. This annual event focuses on future trends and innovation, with the 2025 theme centered on “Mutations” and the transformative impact of technology and artificial intelligence on urban and social life.
Eligibility:
Applicants must be between 18 and 25 years of age and meet the following criteria:
• Citizenship: Italian, EU member state, or non-EU with legal residency in Italy.
• Legal Standing: Enjoyment of civil and political rights, absence of criminal convictions, and no pending criminal proceedings.
Participation Categories:
• Speakers (5 positions): Present innovative ideas and projects on the main stage, gaining visibility and networking opportunities. Application requires a speech title and abstract (max 15 lines) and a 3-minute video submission.
• Ambassadors (50 positions): Act as community facilitators, promoting Rome Future Week and fostering dialogue. Responsibilities include social storytelling, event participation, and networking. Application requires a letter of motivation and a 2-minute video presentation.
• Shadows (5 positions): Gain an immersive experience by observing the organizational dynamics of Rome Future Week. This role requires in-person participation at the Rome office during September 2025. Application requires a letter of motivation and a 2-minute video presentation.
