Luce a new restaurant cocktail bar in Rome inside the Appia Antica Archaeological Park; wide spaces, flavors and sounds. The restaurant inspired by nature, elegance and chic surroundings of the historic Villa dei Cesari a historic residence. Villa dei Cesari is known for weddings, private events, ceremonies and meetings with one of the historical highest banqueting services in the capital, Ambrosini Banqueting since 1925.
The garden has 200 seats with distancing, compared to two internal halls that has a 150 seat. Large numbers do not diminish the restaurant’s format between ‘old-time’ recipes and creative cuisine alongside the pizzeria and a cocktail bar corner.
Iolanda Ambrosini owner Ambrosini Banqueting wanted to turn lights “Luce” on during this dark period that we are all experiencing. and thanks to Villa De Cesari they were able to reopen its elegant doors with different format, pleasant, multifaceted, ideal for spending an aperitif, dinner or drinks outdoors.
On the right you will find a large parking lot (certainly an added value in Rome). After leaving the car park, a few more steps you can immerse yourself in an enchanting location. A green lung a stone’s throw from Via Appia Antica, a large garden with open igloo-shaped wooden installations (very trendy in this summer 2020), furnished with hanging lights, carpets of different sizes, teal-colored cushions, a few seats.
In the garden, there is the cocktail bar and Dj set, and opens from 19.00 which also starts the evening aperitif. Choice between classic drinks, 6 different Gin and Tonic and signature, such as Luce, fresh cocktail with Vodka base and orange liqueur, Blue Curaçao, grapefruit, lemon, sugar and soda, all accompanied by sushi, fried food and focaccias.
