We are offering a promotional fitness class. Neda ( IG: cutbyneda ),is a highly motivating fitness professional with exceptional communication, organizational and leadership skills. Experienced in multi-unit fitness management, group fitness instruction and personal training. On a mission to help people better their lives and discover their true potential, one fitness experience at the time.

When: Wednesday March 2nd

• Morning lesson: 9.30 to 10:30

• Evening lesson 18:30 to 19:30

Where: Community House Trastevere on Via Portuense 104 Photos of our community house here.

Cost: FREE promotional class and future classes will cost €10.

Lessons are held on the terrace and if it rains class the lesson will be canceled. After our promotional class and feedback we will look forward to offering fitness classes 1 or 2 times a week. Your feedback is important.

What to bring? Water bottle and we also have water available.

What to expect? ‘To get fit and have fun (while burning calories).

SUPER GREEN PASS IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND THIS EVENT!

• Please do not participate if you have symptoms of respiratory infections and / or fever and / or know that you have had contact with people with COVID-19 in the previous two weeks, nor of course if you are positive for COVID-19.

• We have to take precautions, like socially distanced seating, cleanliness and follow the CDC and Italian government guidelines. Those that do not respect the guidelines will not be invited back.
