A four week special course “Business English an Introduction to Project Management”. ELIR is offering a special opportunity to acquire special language skills and concepts in business English via an introduction to project management practicum.
For serious individuals who want to participate in a group learning experience.
Organizing these free lessons for you is a pleasure for us, and ready to help you learn Italian! Please read how it works.
How to participate?  We expect you to sign up for every Tuesday from 19:30 to 21:00. Space is limited and max 5 students will be able to take this course. Confirm your spot via email: [email protected]
What if I can not attend? We ask you to cancel/confirm the night before or same day by 2pm same day by email [email protected]. We will remove you if you DO NOT cancel or communicate to us you are not attending.
What device can I use? Please use a PC if possible (it’s ok for phone and tablet but you will have some technical problems). Video should be on and audio muted unless you are talking. Use a quiet area to learn if possible.
Can I sign up for real lessons and also do the free lessons? Yes and because space is limited we recommend you see what is available and when the new classes start. We offer Italian and English lessons online or in person. You can try any course we offer free before you sign up.
Learn about defining a goal, setting objectives and milestone to achieving that goal, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, risk management, and establishing a project team with roles and responsibilities. Be able to say what is an issue and what is an action in managing and or being part of a team. Critical to all projects a making a communication plan so when something does goes wrong; the team can make it right. And to take the lessons learned to make the next project more successful.
Talk the talk, and walk the walk that demonstrates you can speak modern business English better. Take this knowledge and language to make a project plan for a wedding, IT applications development, or whatever it is you are planning to do at work and or at home by being better organized.
