Italian wine and the great chefs of the capital meet in Rome for “Vino X Roma” event, organized by Excellence in collaboration with EUR spa, will be held in Giardino delle Cascate at Eur from 13 to 17 July. Five days dedicated to the excellence of wine production and catering in the capital, all under the sign of environmental and social sustainability.

The spectacular waterfalls will frame the theater, where the rich schedule will bring to the fore talks animated by professionals in the sector who will discuss current issues in the world about wine, moments of cultural study with the presentation of unpublished volumes and meetings with writers, tastings themes by the Italian Sommelier Foundation  (FIS), amateur mini courses to approach wine.

Wine will also be the protagonist of the rich cooking show schedule, where each dish will come out in combination with the perfect glass, while in the “WineXability” space the barman Massimo D’addezio will lead the public to the discovery of mixed drinking, revealing us through “DRINKABLE-Berebeneovunque ”The unusual marriage between wine and spirits.
