Program of the Day:
▪ 10:00: Arrival at the farmhouse
◦ Enjoy freshly brewed coffee, tea, and biscuits as you settle in.
▪ 10:30: Guided Walk Through the Olive Groves
◦ Explore the heart of the Sabina PDO and Olio Di Roma (Olive Oil of Rome) PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) territory.
◦ Learn about the cultivation, harvesting, and pressing of olives.
▪ 11:30: Educational Oil Tasting
◦ Experts will guide you through a sensory experience, sampling the exquisite Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
◦ Discover the nuances of flavor, aroma, and quality.
▪ 13:00: Brunch and Music at the Farmhouse
◦ Indulge in a delicious buffet brunch featuring local ingredients. Brunch includes two kinds of pasta, seasonal vegetables, myrtle roast, mixed omelets, wild salmon with avocado, salad, and savory rustic cakes without eggs and cheese, and two kinds of homemade desserts.
◦ Relax in the garden, surrounded by the beauty of nature.

To get to Viale Roma 19, Cretone from Rome, you have a few options:
Bus: Take the COTRAL bus from Roma Tiburtina TiBus to Cretone. It arrives directly in Cretone in the square and walk 50 mt. The journey takes about 40 minutes and costs $2–3
Drive: If you prefer to drive, it’s about 19.1 miles from Rome to Cretone, and the drive takes approximately 39 minutes. For people arriving by car, please specify they have to search for Via Roma in Cretone and not in Palombara Sabina.

* Transportation is not covered. We’ll arrange a collective trip by bus or car depending on availability. If you have a car, we’ll provide directions exclusively to event attendees.
