Rucking, a term rooted in military training, involves walking or hiking with a weighted backpack.
You might wonder, why would anyone do that? The answer lies in the numerous health benefits. Rucking provides an excellent combination of cardiovascular and strength training, helps improve posture and core stability, and fosters mental resilience. Beyond the physical advantages, it’s also a growing social movement. Rucking clubs are popping up worldwide, bringing people together to pursue fitness, camaraderie, and a shared sense of achievement.

One of the best things about rucking is its flexibility; you can begin with light weights and increase gradually at your own pace. To help you get the most out of the experience, we’ll have both a fitness coach and a nutritionist on hand to provide expert guidance.
