Join Chiara for a unique journey through the sounds of Voice, Tibetan and crystal bowls, shaman drums, and other instruments to find connection and inner peace on Saturday afternoons.
What is a sound bath and what are its benefits? A sound bath is a gentle, complementary therapeutic practice that combines complex Voice work with the sounds and vibrations of ancestral and/or harmonic instruments. The aim is to create a serene atmosphere, help release muscular tension and stress, and access a deep, peaceful meditative state.
What to bring: Please wear comfortable clothes, and bring your own yoga/fitness mat, a pillow, and a blanket if you like, as well as a bottle of water.

When: Every Saturday – 2 sessions at 4:30 pm or 6:15 pm

Important Information: Sound Baths are not recommended for ladies in the first trimester of pregnancy, and may not be suitable for people suffering from epilepsy and other neurological conditions, or with pacemakers, metal implants, tinnitus, ear problems, heart conditions, or severe mental health issues.
No alcohol, please do not consume alcohol before the session.
